American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
The AFSP help page has resources for people who are having suicidal thoughts, have lost someone, are worried about another person, or have survived an attempted suicide. Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the United States, anytime, for any crisis. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from their secure online platform.
CA Youth Crisis Line
The California Youth Crisis Line (CYCL) operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week as the statewide emergency response system for youth (ages 12-24) and families in crisis. Professionally trained staff and volunteer counselors respond to 17,000 calls annually with crisis intervention counseling and resource referrals to service providers in the caller’s local community. They have access to more than 5,500 free or low-cost resources for youth and families across California.

Helping Survivors’ mission is to assist anyone who has been victimized by sexual assault or abuse. They offer a compilation of information around different instances of sexual violence and offer resources to assist survivors and their families.

Text “HELLO” to 741741 - The Crisis Text hotline is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the U.S. The Crisis Text Line serves anyone, in any type of crisis, connecting them with a crisis counselor who can provide support and information.
