The Positive Loop

The positive loop is a mindset and focus on positivity in order to impact your overall life. Each positive item leads into another and they follow back into a never ending loop of happiness.

1. Start with, Observe

- Observe and focus on your inner self

  • Essentially this means to think about who you are deep down. What are your values, opinions, motivations, and purpose?

2. Next, Feel

- Feel and embrace your emotions

  • Allow yourself to feel and express what it is that you are feeling

3. Then, Reflect

- Reflect and explore where your emotions stem from

  • Ask yourself why you are feeling this way? What has caused you to feel that way? When did you begin having those feelings?

4. After, Act

- Act according to your intuition

  • Let your feelings guide you

5. Finally, Grow

- Grow and cultivate on the simple joys

  • As you let your feelings guide you see how you change and grow as a person
